6 Ways For A Better Start Of The Day

Ever woke up feeling moody and your whole day was a failure? If yes, this article is for you. Keep on reading to find out about my tips for a better start of the day.

Stretch

Before even getting out the bed take a time to stretch. I personally find this really energising. Just stretch your stomach, hands and legs and flex your fingers. You won't believe how much better you are going to feel after.

Listen to music


Just play your favorite songs or playlist while getting ready for the day. Dance in front of the miror and have fun. Take some time to enjoy yourself in the morning.

Ask yourself a question

Steve Jobs once said that he asked himself one simple question - "If today was the last day of my life, would I want to do what I’m about to do today?" If he answered ''no'' too many days in a row, he knew he had to change his living habits.

Make a plan for the day

Don't let the stess take over your day. Plan the day from the begging to the end and you will see how relaxed you are going to feel.

Yoga

If you have some free time you can do some yoga. Nothing better than having stress-free mornings, right?

Enjoy the little things

Take some time to appreciate the good environment that is surrounding you. Be grateful for having a friend who sends you a good morning text or the nice weather outside. Just stay positive and you will see the difference throughout the day.
